  Installed arching walls to created kitchen, dining room and bar areas out of 2 original adjoining units.

  Combined 3 units on the 10th floor of a high-rise. Work included raising ceiling to create skylights, closing in exterior porches and transforming a balcony into the dining room. Goal was to create a museum-like atmosphere for the owner’s art collection – included recessed lighting for gallery-like effect, adding fossil fireplace detail and art viewing areas throughout the unit.

  Created new hallway with columns and archways featuring millwork detailing to highlight art collection. Also added stone wall at entryway.

• Condo Living Room Renovation

  Features radius ceiling for illusion of elevation and millwork-encased fireplace.

• Fireplace Addition

  Added fireplace with rusted steel panels, custom mantle and new cabinets.

• Hallway Remodel

  Converted existing hallway into a gallery-like walkway for display of artwork. Condo display hall showing initial layouts and metal stud framing and the completed fluted cherry columns and arches displaying the owners are collection.

  Shower remodeled with sloped floor and curbless doorway to allow for easy accessibility.

  Each stone was cut to fit. Before photo shows wall prior to installation of limestone wall and fluted cherry columns.

  Details: Included demolition of existing wall, new wall facade and renovating see-through fireplace.
