• 3-Unit Condo Renovation

  Combined 3 units on the 10th floor of a high-rise. Work included raising ceiling to create skylights, closing in exterior porches and transforming a balcony into the dining room. Goal was to create a museum-like atmosphere for the owner’s art collection – included recessed lighting for gallery-like effect, adding fossil fireplace detail and art viewing areas throughout the unit.

• Attic Renovation

  Created a new playroom out of an existing attic space through extensive millwork, recessed lighting and new doors to match woodwork. All work completed on fourth floor using scissor lift to avoid tracking through the home and interrupting day-to-day activities.

• Family Room

  Renovation included masonry for fireplace and extensive millwork, including cabinets/shelving, molding and trim for overhead light.

  Created a brighter, warmer family room and entertainment area with lighter colors and a new fireplace with built-in TV area above the mantle. Also features recessed shelving and custom-built coffee table.
